Inaugural Silversmith Course
The inaugural Silversmith course being held at Fullarton Park Centre will commence in August. The course will be held in the century old art studio, the former coach house at the centre on Fullarton Road. A wisteria covered walkway leads to the studio in the treed grounds of the centre.
Students will learn silver design and techniques and make solid fitted bangles, sterling silver and velvet bookmarks and bling rings.
The course and projects are designed for people who have no previous experience and those with craft history.
Focus will be on producing stylish and functional sterling silver projects and also on enjoying the processes and workshop experience.
