Tutoring Fees and Materials

4 WEEK consisting of 12 hours tuition, tools, saw blades, solder and consumables, certificate
and photographic record of works $250.00

8 WEEK consisting of 24 hours tuition, tools, saw blades, solder and consumables etc
$450.00

Special Offer: Book for 12 weeks, pay for 10 weeks $620.00.

Students who extend from 4 week course to longer course will be charged at the (lower) 8 week rate if paying on or by the first tuition session. A place in course is guaranteed only by advance payment or deposit and a class missed from any booked course may be able to be made up only if following classes are not fully booked. Silver, gemstones and other metals such as gold are paid for as collected.

Materials

Materials to make projects may be ordered and purchased by students as required and a supply will be available at the studio for purchase. This includes silver, gold, all other metals and gemstones. Brazilian and Indian gemstones are available from the workshop by order.
Students are informed of gem shows opening in Adelaide for sourcing their own stones.
The studio also includes a continually replenished library of jewellery, gemmology and design books to which the students may refer.

Jewellery exhibitions, newsletters and gallery information are conveyed to students and students may have as much involvement with future additions as they wish.

Specialised gem setting and enamel workshops with internationally renowned tutors are offered each year and new techniques such as wax carving, gold leaf and various japanese and korean techniques will be included as future courses.
